Saginaw Habitat for Humanity is all about working together. Read about how we work with our partners, such as 105 area churches, St. Mary’s of Michigan, Cathedral District Neighborhood Association, Experience Works, Michigan Works, Region 7 Area Agency on Aging and many, many others.
One approach used in Saginaw is to build multiple homes in a dedicated and focused two week period, usually in June. We call this the Habitat Blitz build. Blitz builds are subject to community needs and funding.
An association of building professionals. The Home Builders Association has completed multiple builds with Habitat in Saginaw County.
The program furnished Saginaw Habitat with panelized walls for the Home Builders Association House. The walls were delivered to the site by the Michigan National Guard.
